LOCATION: UNCORKED FESTIVAL CENTRAL TENT, WILLIAM STREET (just off Bow Valley Trail – behind Blake Restaurant) **Please note there is extremely limited parking on site – we recommend walking or taxi**
ARRIVAL: 6:00pm (Cocktail Reception with Hors D’Oeuvres)
SEATING: 6:45pm (First Course served 7:00pm)
CLOSE: Approx 10.00pm – please note finishing time is a guideline
We look forward to hosting you for a memorable evening at the Long Table Dinner on Wednesday, April 24th. This year’s event will officially kick off the 2019 Canmore Uncorked festival!
You will be joining more than 100 of your (newest) closest friends at an outdoor dining experience set amid the majesty of the Canadian Rockies, and catered by multiple local F&B partners over a cocktail reception and 7 seated courses. A full list of partners and their fabulous menu items is included below.
CHECK IN & RECEPTION
Please arrive between 6:00pm and 6:15pm when gates open at FESTIVAL CENTRAL at the corner of William Street and Howard Avenue, just off of Bow Valley Trail. On arrival, you will be checked in, given your seating assignment and a drink ticket that may be redeemed for your pre-dinner cocktail provided by Wildlife Distillery and hors d’oeuvres provided by Gaucho Brazilian BBQ. Seating will commence at 6:45pm.
Seating for this event is pre-assigned. Tickets that were purchased on the same booking will automatically be seated together. If you indicated your seating preferences in the “Comments” section on your booking, we have made those seating arrangements for you. If you have seating requests please email us asap at email@example.com. We cannot guarantee all seating requests, though we will do our best!
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGIES – Dietary restrictions and allergies that were noted at the time of booking have been given to the culinary teams. Due to the nature of the event, our chefs can only accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions given prior notice. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, or are concerned you may not have advised us please email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During dinner, beers featuring Grizzly Paw Brewery and wines featuring Mission Hill Winery will be served at your seat. Coffee and teas will also be available provided courtesy of Communitea Cafe.

There is no formal dress code for this “Canmore Casual” event. We advise that you dress appropriately as mountain weather can change very quickly – layering is advised as it can become very cool when the sun goes down. Thin gloves are also a good idea if your hands get cold. We will have heaters inside the tent and thin blankets will be provided.
