Enjoy a guided dining experience at four different restaurants by bus, by bike or on foot. Progressive Dinner Tours are a perfect way to have a great night out, meet some great people, and sample several restaurants at once.

Fine dining experiences by bus, cycling tours hosted by local Olympians, and guided downtown walking tours. All progressive dinner tours start with a welcome beverage at the Grizzly Paw Brewery (310 Old Canmore Road).

The Drive

Can’t decide which restaurant to visit? Why not enjoy four of Canmore’s finest dining experiences in one evening, with transportation door to door!

A progressive dinner tour allows you to visit four restaurants on the same evening, enjoying a house specialty dish and a paired beverage at each one. Travelling with a small group of like-minded diners, you will travel by bus between restaurants, meeting your chefs and making new friends with the group along the way. Uncorked Progressive Dinners are truly events not to be missed!

Menu: 
Merguez in Mediterranean sauce - homemade spicy lamb sausages, tomato + olives + sweet peppers  + onions, garlic & fine herbs sauce (Chez Francois)

Hamachi crudo - Avocado + radish + pistachio + Serrano chilli + yuzu-ginger vinaigrette + Maldon salt (Sage Bistro)

Alberta Grass Fed New York Strip - smoked & smashed baby red potatoes + truffle mushroom (Crazyweed)

Sweet Peaks Ice Cream - Canmore’s very own premium spirit infused Ice cream. All natural and homemade! (The Iron Goat)

The Walk

Too many restaurants to choose from? Why not enjoy four of Canmore’s finest dining experiences in one evening, whilst taking in mountain scenery and shop windows on a stroll through Canmore’s delightful downtown!

A progressive dinner tour allows you to visit four restaurants on the same evening, enjoying a house specialty dish and a paired beverage at each one. Travelling with a small group of like-minded diners, you will walk the short distances between restaurants, meeting your chefs and making new friends with the group along the way. Uncorked Progressive Dinners are truly events not to be missed!

A selection of house cured and local charcuterie meats, pickles, preserves and crostini, artisan cheese (Table Food + Drink)

Black Beans (Feijoada)(Stewed with Bay Leaf, Smoked Beed & Pork Sausage) served with Brazilian Rice (Arroz) (Prepared with Bay Leaves and Garlic) with Casava Flour (Forofa), this will then be served with our Gaucho Spolumbo Sausage (Linguica) and Parmesan Top Sirloin Beef (Beef Parmigiano). Looking for quality dining in a more relaxed style? Why not enjoy the great dining experiences at four of Canmore’s favourite pubs, all in one evening. Enjoy the mountain scenery and make new friends with your travelling companions as you stroll through Canmore’s delightful downtown!

Join a group of new friends as one of Canmore’s Olympic athletes leads you on a 20km ride to four different restaurants, enjoying a house specialty dish and a paired beverage at each one. Cyclists of all abilities have constantly rated this as one of the favourite events at Canmore Uncorked, with lasting friendships being made along the way.
