Taste and judge the best food Alberta has to offer at the Kick-off Party. Four culinary teams go head-to-head to win your vote for the first-annual Uncorked Trophy. Don't miss this action-packed evening of food, drink, and culinary rivalry.
Join us at Cornerstone Theatre as we launch Canmore Uncorked with a Canadian-themed celebration of regional culinary excellence. Chefs Neil McCue (Whitehall), Bill Alexander (Grey Eagle Resort), Anthony Rabot (Market Bistro) and Trevor Whitehead (Hogshead, and 2016 Uncorked Chef of the Festival) lead culinary teams showcasing part of Canada's heritage. You will enjoy four plates of food, each paired with a regional beverage, as the teams compete for regional bragging rights.
Outstanding food & drink and an expert judging panel of regional food media will help ensure that this is a lively and entertaining start to the festival.

Price includes: 4 plates of food (1 from each of four competing teams), plus four paired beverages and entertainment. Menu includes: Elk Rack & Fry Bread (Indigenous Team), Lamb Tartare (British Team), Bouillabaisse (French Team) and Alberta Hanging Tender & Spruce Tips (Modern Canada Team)
