The Trough Joins Canmore Uncorked 2019
The Trough is a cozy, atmospheric restaurant located downtown Canmore. The small space features nine tables inside and a seasonal deck which operated from May through October each year. Inside the dining room, guests enjoy an intimate setting with an incredible ambiance including soft lighting and music. This family operated business is owned by mother and son, Cheryl and Richard Fuller who are entering into their 10th year of business. With a focus on personalized service and attention to detail, The Trough will make you feel special the moment you enter.
“We are passionate about wine and food! Our food pairs with our wine and the wine pairs with the food. Creating memories with a total dining experience for our guests,” Cheryl told us. In regards to the Valley, Cheryl and her team appreciate that “Canmore is a unique destination with a real local feel, an awesome community of locals and great business people who support one another.”
For this year’s Canmore Uncorked, The Trough will be offering a a 3 course set price menu at $49. In addition, to attending the Long Table Dinner will get to enjoy their chef’s specialty rabbit dish.
